It is very comforting to know that we can consistently count on friendly, professional service and have confidence that the diagnosis is accurate and in the best interest of the customer. This excellent customer experience now spans a couple of decades with this dealership and includes the entire staff that we have either interacted with or just greeted. From their shuttle service drivers, parts dept., car loaner & rental, finance, sales, and, last but not least, their service dept, no matter how busy they are, we have always received a friendly greeting with the aim to make sure we were well taken care of.
