DONT BUY FROM HERE! ! LIARS AND SCAMMERS!! They added $1000 to the listed price for the car then charged us $1300 in fees and didn't give us the option of opting out of ! LIARS AND SCAMMERS!! A month after we drove the car off the lot they started claiming our proof of income was fake and telling us the loan wasn't going to go through and threatened to call the cops if we didn't bring the car back. Then they didn't want to give us our down payment back. We had to speak with the owner/manager to get it. Then the finance guy still didn't want to cut the check and was demanding we show him more proof, and then telling us that no bank would ever loan to us. These guys WILL screw you over!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER. ....On March 9, 2022 I purchased a Nissan Altima 2014 from Magic Auto Sales in Little Ferry, New Jersey. I was told upon purchase that the vehicle wa ....On March 9, 2022 I purchased a Nissan Altima 2014 from Magic Auto Sales in Little Ferry, New Jersey. I was told upon purchase that the vehicle was in good condition and all that needed to be done was standard services. (Tune up, Oil Change). Two weeks later, which brings me to March 23, 2022 the check engine light has come on. The next day, Thursday I was told to bring the vehicle to the dealership so that it could be checked by Magic Auto Sales. The code P0 776 (Pressure Control Solenoid) appear on the diagnostic machine. The manager immediately told me he would not help me. The next day (March 25, 2022), I went to Rt46 Nissan and had a thorough diagnostic check done on the vehicle. Along with the initial code P0 776 an additional code came up which was P0 715. The two codes combined explains that the CVT has lack of power, the transmission needs to be replaced!!!!!!!!!!!! I immediately called Magic Auto Sales and spoke with the managers Moe and Judy to rectify the situation. I was told initially that the higher up manager will contact me shortly. I had received a call back after about 20 minutes from Moe. Moe told me that the managers said there is nothing they can do except refer me to their mechanic but I would have to pay out of pocket for the repairs myself. The manager attempted to use reverse psychology and blame me and say "a transmission can be broken down in 30 minutes." After speaking with the manager and owner they not only continued to refuse to make the situation right but hung up the phone on me. To add insult to injury the car is fully paid for. I was taken ADVANTAGE OF, DECEIVED, and sold a LEMON........I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH MAGIC AUTO SALES.... More

End up paying 18000 for a 2017 fusion that was originally listed as 11000 smh. When I got there they had a 1000 to the price and krazy add ons. They sold me a car that stopped running the next day. And still will not call me back. They will lie to you about the car to get you to buy it. They have been dogging my calls all day. This was my worst experience so far. First, I called the dealership and asked about the car and they told me that the price was negotiable. So I agreed to go there for a test drive. When I went there they g dealership and asked about the car and they told me that the price was negotiable. So I agreed to go there for a test drive. When I went there they gave me the keys and the car didn't even start. The battery was completely dead and they had to jump-start it. Besides this issue when I wanted to go for a drive the manager asked me how am I going to pay for the car and they asked for more than $1100 for extra fees. THIS DOESN'T EVEN INCLUDE A WARRANTY. The car also had a few minor issues but they refused to fix it and wanted to sell it "as is". Also, they refused to negotiate a single dollar on the price and they almost called me a liar when I told them that one of their reps told me that it was negotiable. The manager's attitude was horrible and he was acting like I should've begged him to buy the car. Worst experience in my life but I'm glad that I drove there because I found the car that I was looking for in the dealership right next to them. Please, NO ONE SHOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. More
