Ashley Walker literally made my wife and I feel we were the only customers she was dealing with. Her care and determination to find us exactly what we wanted (which was not easy), was of a very high caliber, and helped make the process very easy. Every email and phone call was answered promptly, thoroughly, and while it may not seem like a big deal, using proper English. This all added up to my wife and I having confidence in Ashley, and knowing that she was being honest and forthright with us. At the time, I was "dealing" with three different Ford dealerships, all within 45 minutes of my house. Eddins was the the smallest, and while I felt this would put them at a disadvantage, I was clearly wrong. The effort that Ashley, supported by her sales manager John Bradley, put in to this sale demonstrated that Eddins is working significantly harder to earn a customers business than the other two "big" dealers. Since purchasing my truck, I have passed along my experience to all of my co-workers and friends who have asked (about 20 people). I would go back to Eddins, and Ashley in particular, for my next truck, without thought or hesitation. More

They saved me. I called the dealership to see if I had gap insurance on the Ford Transit I bought 18 months ago. I told them my car was likely to be totaled. The simply asked are you going to need another vehicle. I said yes. They sent me an offer to sell a 2016 Transit just like the one which had been totaled. My 2015 Transit was formally totaled. I called and negotiated a price from their offer. They had all the paper work ready when I got there. The test drive took longer than the paperwork. Great service for someone with no extra time. That is 2 vehicles in less than 24 months and they will be my first call the next time too. More
