⭐ 1 Star – Poor Experience with Madera Toyota’s Finance Department I really wanted to leave a positive review because my car sales rep was kind and helpful throughout the process. I spent over six hours at Madera Toyota finalizing my purchase of a Toyota RAV4. Everyone in the office—from the finance manager to the financial advisor—assured me it was okay to use two forms of payment for my down payment. Now, more than a week later, I receive a call saying that using two payment types isn’t allowed, and I’m being told I need to either restructure my financing with a much higher monthly payment or go back to another finance company with a higher interest rate. Neither of these options were part of my original agreement. This is not my error—it’s the dealership’s. Yet I’m being told it’s my responsibility to fix it. That’s not acceptable. This wasn’t communicated in the six hours I spent in person, nor during the entire week I’ve had the car. No one reached out until now. The lack of accountability, the sudden change in terms, and the stress it has caused me are incredibly frustrating. I’m now in the process of contacting my financing company to explore how I can return the vehicle, because this experience has completely soured the excitement of buying a new car. I expected better from a Toyota dealership. Sadly, I won’t be recommending Madera Toyota to anyone. More

Saturday evening Michael nd Ram told us that they have one rav4 xse available in cavalry blue colour which costs around 43 something nd after negotiation over the phone Ram told us he will get us $500 off of the cost. We told him we are coming from stockton nd we needed car same day if he is willing to negotiate .we will come Sunday morning nd take it.he said yes.we spoke several times over the phone and texts on Saturday evening. Sunday morning we reached at dealership met with Ram he said i told my boss to take 500 off nd will negotiate we took a test drive nd Josh showed up asking me if I wanted white rav4 he will trade blue rav4 to another dealership nd get white one. I said no i’ll take this i need it today im taking it. He again said we will deliver white RAV4 on Wednesday to you i said no i need it today that’s why im here. When we sat down on table to make a deal so apparently they added accessories overnight nd cost of rav4 went up to 47k then 45k.when I asked about the deal with ram that we did over the phone yesterday Josh said Ram’s job is only to bring customers.The behavior of the manager was surprisingly rude i never experienced such customer service at any dealership ever. Josh literally said im going to trade this blue RAV4 to another dealership nd get white from them nd will sell white RAV4 for even more price because people like white more.
