Worst Sales EVER!!! This was the WORST experience ever. We were lied to and kept in the dark for over one month and not to mention they sold the two cars that I test dro This was the WORST experience ever. We were able to secure a loan and a car in a week at another dealership. MAD CITY SUCKS, DEFINITELY NOT FOR THE PEOPLE!!! They could care less about the people!! Will NEVER do business with them! I wish you had Zeros! Please don't go to this place. We were interested in a vehicle that had listed on their web-site. Made an appointment to look at it. After waiting Please don't go to this place. He ran our credit without even asking us. Then came back and said our credit wasn't good enough for that vehicle but he could put us in something else. After hours of fooling around because "He" couldn't put us in what we were looking for. A few days later we get a call that he has something so we drive an hour and a half again only to wait again. Over an hour. We finally are able to take this truck on a test drive. What a joke! I wouldn't have given them 1/2 of what they were asking. While on our test drive I looked in the glove compartment and found the bill of sale from where they had bought the truck from. They actually bought 2 vehicles and were asking more than double of what they paid for 2 of them. We took the truck back and said NO. That's when the real pressure started. He kept talking about our bad credit and this is all we would be able to get. Well we left there and ended up buying a newer truck with a lot less miles from Schoepp Motors, where there was no pressure and not one word about having bad credit. Good thing we knew our credit scores before we went to Mad City Motors. They try to make you think you cant afford anything else. Please Please stay away from this place. More
