don't waste your time! !!! So ive been looking to buy a car from mackey auto for about 2 weeks. I inquired about a Mercedes Benz I was told over the phone that the car was immaculate and ran perfect and from the pictures it looked really good for a 2003. So upon getting approval for the loan I arrange d to see the car keep in mind I live 3 hours away in nyc and stressed to justin please do not waste my time and make the trip up for no reason he seemed to be on the same page with me and again said the car was immaculate. I was confident that this car was going to be what I was told over the phone and ill admit the car was clean outside could have used a good wax but for 13 year old car it was understandable the interior was pretty dirty but even could have been cleaned I didnt mind the the leather was definitely clean once again the car had potential and could cleaned up but hears the thing that gets me your a dealership detail the car have it ready to sell especially knowing that the costumer is traveling 3 hours to look at the car. Then I start the car at this point im still very interested in this car and the dashboard reads service B 459 days over due which is ridiculous so I look under the there's a cap missing hear the emblem on the hood definitely not the immaculate car that I was told about on the phone and the minute I pull out the lot to test drive it boom a check engines light comes on. Anyone who knows about Mercedes Benz s55 knows the little thing can start running you some serious cash. When I returned I spoke with Justin and vince asked about the extended warranty that I was told over the phone that I can purchase was available he replied "not of the companies I deal with will cover the car" I explained that I cant take the car with a check engine light on and if there was any way he can have the looked at he that he wont do that unless im buying the car. And keep in mind I explained over the phone I wanted this to be a one day thing I wasnt traveling back and forth 3 hrs tbere and 3 hrs back. The reviews I read were right DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE CROOKS......... I would have been14000 k in the hole not including interest and I can almost guarantee this would been a money pit another thing they said the had all the books on the car I dont even think it had an owners manual the car was listed as non smoker but there was a burn on the driver side pilar and they raised the price to 16k do yourself a favor and do not BUY A CAR HERE. I personally left this place pissed off but thankful and went 15 mins away to lexus in latham and just got a brand new car with in 3 hours best choice I made delt with a sales man Rodney who actually was looking to help me purchase a car and not sell me a money pit! More

My son went here to buy an SUV. He also purchased an extended warranty. A few months after his purchase, the transmission began having issues. The vehicle purchase has problems mechanically and structurally. The paperwork received does not match the vehicle. Buyer beware. They have a good selection of car to be honest, just pop the hood of the car first. Almost got a bad battery. I made travis change it himself. I ended up having to call the owner Jon Mackey fo service and he gave me what I neesed while giving me a bs line about travis. Wouldn't put what was said past the guy, tweaker. Anyways If your looking for a used car with the headaches, take your business somewhere else. For the prices and the xxxx poor management and sales associotes its not worth it. More

BEWARE!!!!!!!! sold me a rusted corroded car, was told had been looked over by their mechanic and no major issues...this car FELL APART piece by piece.
