The July TSB was verified when I made my apt. I went in on 9/17 for my 7:30am apt. After waiting one and 1/2 hours, I was told that the fluid was not available and they didn't know when it would be. A total waste of my time. I do believe that the apt. should not have been scheduled when the fluid was not in inventory. Additionally, I should not had to wait 1 ½ hours to be told that my service could not be performed on that day. Now where are we? More

One of issues was a check engine light that keeps cycling on and off with lean codes. I explained I had taken it to my local mechanic five times and it is always a lean code even though he can find no issue. So they charged me $118 to plug it into the computer, confirm it was a lean code and tell me they can't find anything wrong. So I ask what am I supposed to do if it goes off again. The service manager told me to rush it right back and they will charge me another $118 to look at it again. Seriously??? I would never go there again. The other check was for a non functioning heated seat. They wanted $900 to repair it. I passed. More

Ever since i bought my truck (which i did somewhere else because the arrogant salesperson just kept telling me how many trucks he sells instead of helping me) and I even had the slightest issue, i always had to go elsewhere for help. Today, I scheduled to have the three recalls for my truck done today and well that didnt go so well. First off after about 4 hours, only one recall actually got done, they didnt even have a part to do a the other recall even though it was scheduled, the other they wanted to charge me $150 for a diagnostic fee to do their recall! Now im looking at a dodge. More
Service Dept are liars and crooks Purchased a 2007 Suburban from McMulkin with the extended warranty (as it was pushing 85K miles). I was ok with that. but from day one, I had issues Purchased a 2007 Suburban from McMulkin with the extended warranty (as it was pushing 85K miles). I was ok with that. but from day one, I had issues with the vehicle. It went in to their service department 5 times for the same issue (Stabilitrack). Finally they suggested I pay over $2000 and the problem would be fixed (since the warranty only covered one lifter being serviced, they recommended I do the others since the engine will be open). I am a fan of preventative maintenance and needed this car to be running well. So I paid for the additional service. Within 30 miles of the getting the truck back, the light was back on! What exactly did I spend $2000 on?!?! Also then learned the EXACT same job had been done on the same truck by the same dealership less than 14 months prior. I took it back AGAIN. They told me they test drove it over 250 miles without any issue. When I got the truck back, the odometer indicated it had been driven less than 50. You can buy a car there (Salespeople will tell you whatever you want to hear). But I would NEVER take a vehicle there to be serviced. They are liars and crooks. More
Bad Communication and poor body work / service results This work was done in November of 2014. I brought my 1989 Corvette to the body shop and it was the worst experience I had to endure. The y replaced my rear bumper which was a used bumper for a new bumper price. "Why? They also gave me old defective and dented rear moldings "why? The paint work was already scratched on the bumper and over spray from painting was all over the car surface. When I picked up the car the rear stop light didn't work correctly and the driver side directional s did not work as well. Also I had my car serviced and had the fuel pump and water pump replaced. When I got my car I noticed the driver side rubber pillow block was missing the service rep said he would replace the block but never called or replaced the item. More

Every hour or two someone would come by with some lame excuse about how the one guy who could do the job was busy and it would be another hour. Of course if it's just an hour"I'm not going to leave and waste even more time coming back another day. So I stay put, and keep waiting. When the sun came down I got tired of waiting, asked the reception desk what the status was. Apparently it was already done. Massive bill (as expected from a dealer, but my experience with dealers is they aren't as hit-and-miss as a random mechanic, so the cost has served as a guarantee), and the inspection failed, so I'd have to come back (yeah right). When I asked how that happened, I was shocked. They did the inspection first. Found a problem. Charged me for the inspection and then failed me. Then during the service they fixed the problem. The reception desk didn't apologize. xxxx, they didn't even try to sympathize. I expect you can guess my reaction to their suggestions of other "sevices" they could provide. I took my business to Gurney's and have been happy ever since. More

An update to my previous review. I stopped by for my oil change and door handle recall after they call me last week. I met the service manager Scott , he read my post and trying to address the problem I had change and door handle recall after they call me last week. I met the service manager Scott , he read my post and trying to address the problem I had. I see they are changing and willing to help their customer to solve the problem. at least for now their attitude is honest, actually, this is what I am looking for as a customer. I am giving 5 star now, there will be no negative review if they do what they said! Hope they can get service organized, be customer oriented and get work done as best as they can, they will be success in this area! More
I have my car serviced at MacMulkin (Nashua, NH) dealership for the CUE system upgrade and the shifter recall fix. (This took me exact 1 week to finish this.)They gave me a free rental vehicle, when dealership for the CUE system upgrade and the shifter recall fix. (This took me exact 1 week to finish this.)They gave me a free rental vehicle, when I got this rental car, the fuel tank is almost empty, one of the service manager told me I don't need to refill the gas before return. But after several days, they charged my about $15 dollars on the gas. I don't mind to pay for the gas, but they way they charge me make my so angry, 1. the service manager said I don't need to do this. 2. I return the car on Thursday afternoon around 3:00pm, why they don't charge me when I was there. 3. when I got the rental car, the fuel tank is almost empty, how can they charge me more than they had? I would not recommend this dealership to anyone according to their bad service and attitude to customer. More
Service visit for an oil change. Schedule appointment for 3pm. Showed up, could not figure out where to go. Finally found service department desk, 2 people working. 1 was a trainee so Noreen had t for 3pm. Showed up, could not figure out where to go. Finally found service department desk, 2 people working. 1 was a trainee so Noreen had to keep helping him instead of me. I guess this is OK. She never explained any paperwork and had me sign indicating I authorized them to do the service. This paperwork didn't even have the price I would pay on it, glad I looked before I signed. The price was $34.95 for an oil change! Pretty high, but I needed one done, so I went through with it. I asked Noreen how long this would take. She replied "about 40 minutes". Well, long time for an oil change for an appointment I was scheduled for. I went to the "customer lounge" at 3:10pm. A room with a TV, and some very uncomfortable chairs. Not what I would consider a lounge. At 3:35, decided to stretch my legs. My car was still in the same place I parked it. Looks like that 40 minute estimate was too short! At 4:25, 1 hour and 15 minutes after I arrived, I streched my legs again. My car was now parked outside the service door, my paperwork and keys sitting on the service associates desk, nobody to be found anywhere. At 4:45pm, I had to hunt down someone so I could get my car keys and pay. Total: 1 Hour 40 minutes for an oil change. Never, never again. Go somewhere else. Not what I would expect from a $34.95 oil change. More
