Took 7 days for them to even look at the car and I had to keep checking in to see what was going wrong on. We have been buying cars from MacMulkin for 15 years and the service depart was awesome they had Cadillac loaner cars and now IF you get one it’s a cheap Chevy. Cadillac should come with stands when it comes to service but no longer at Macmulkin More

The truck was under warranty and I had to have my truck towed 200 miles back to their shop. I asked for a loaner vehicle, "Definitely not" was their response. I have no idea why such a response instead of a simple "sorry we can't". I asked for help with partial rental reimbursement, same response. I asked for partial towing reimbursement, same response. I was told 3-4 weeks to get my truck back. After the 3 week mark passed I started calling them. I was told they haven't looked at it yet because their only tech who does this work is gone for training and to call back a week later, which I did. I was once again told the tech was in training. I said "again?" they said yes and to call back a week later, which I did. Guess where the tech was? You got it, training! I told them that excuse was getting lame. Oddly enough that was the last time I heard that excuse. Excuses from there on out were all different but the end result was the same. I called the guy I bought the truck from hoping he would help me, his response "want to buy a new truck?" - duh! That was dumb of me to think he would help! I arrive unannounced at the dealer to find my dusty, dirty truck sitting there unlocked. Guess locking it wasn't important either. After days of researching and making calls and sending emails to anyone I hoped might help I was told by an employee there that the only way to make this shop do anything was to report them to GM, so I did that. A few days later I get a call from their shop, they are working on the truck... I could tell the guy was not pleased with me but he said maybe a week or so before its done. Great! Wait, not so fast! TWO weeks later its done, for a total of TWO MONTHS! That's a long time for a new business to be shut down! I arrive to get the truck and the service advisor saw me coming and left the room. I asked the other guy who was there where to get my keys and he just points to a counter. I go to the counter and they ask my name, immediately another woman turns in her chair and I get a nasty look. The other lady hands my the keys and the paperwork, says nothing, closes the glass window. I have no clue about what was done, if there is a break-in period, nothing. I walked out to go looking for my truck in the parking lot. I found it and it was unlocked again. This time my dash cam is gone, wire ripped out of the dash, and I find a candy bar wrapper in my console. I start the truck only to find there is as close to no gas in it as you can imagine. I wasn't even sure I would make it the 1/4 mile to the gas station! I pump almost 25 gallons of gas in my 24 gallon tank and head out finally! I worked with GM for a few weeks afterwards and found out all they had to do was submit towing and rental receipts to GM and they would have covered it! Good news is that GM did what this company should have done but failed. I spent $6,000 in rental fees and towing, GM reimbursed a couple thousand dollars of that. Good luck to anyone who buys a vehicle here! As far as my business goes... I am now in the market for company owned vehicles for my employees to drive. Guess where I WON'T be buying these vehicles?? The service department at MacMulkin is so horrible especially Mark the service advisor. He is so rude and just disregards any concerns you have he makes such a terrible impact on this business! But ho especially Mark the service advisor. He is so rude and just disregards any concerns you have he makes such a terrible impact on this business! But honestly, the whole service department is horrible down to where you get loaner cars. The two girls that work there are so unprofessional and have absolutely no professionalism or people skills. I have now started taking my Cadillac to Banks Chevrolet to have it serviced, even though I bought my car at MacMulkin. I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle at Banks Chevrolet. Honestly I made this decision not because of the sales department at MacMulkin they were extremely professional and very nice but I cannot deal with how horrible their service department is. It’s not worth the trouble after such an expensive purchase I think customer service is everything. I’m sure I’m not the only person that feels this way about their service department! It’s a shame because the business itself is a pretty good! They definitely need to be more focused on keeping their customers not just selling their product! More

He was kind enough to let me know that my car had a few software updates that they could perform at the same time. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted nicely by multiple people. I asked for Russell and he said, Good morning, Charlie. I found that very impressive as we had not met before. I arrived early and Russell did a complete walk around of the vehicle and took photos. He plugged into the car and went over the printout with me prior to being shown the very nice customer lounge. I walked around the dealership for about an hour and was told good morning from every employee I encountered. I stopped back to talk with Russell and the other advisors and they asked if I had tried the cafeteria. I said no, but ended up grabbing breakfast. I am glad I did as the food was top notch. Russell notified me when the car was ready and pulled the car up for me. I can honestly say that I will absolutely, without a doubt be going to MacMulkin for any service that needs performed on my Corvette. Top notch company with great employees. More
Horrible service department! !!! Russell is possibly the worst of all time. The service department messed up my car (see pictures) and overcharged me (see what he told me it would !!! Russell is possibly the worst of all time. The service department messed up my car (see pictures) and overcharged me (see what he told me it would cost and when I picked it up it was $200 more for two of the items). Then he doesn’t even answer the questions I ask or do anything to fix it! Absolutely horrible experience. And don’t bother booking an appointment online or text them… they joke about how they purposely don’t answer it. More

My 4-year-old Chevy Equinox shut itself down the other day due to the PCV failing causing the rear main valve to fail. GM was sued over this problem which they then had to do a recall but didn't included my vehicle. Instead of fixing the problem they still sold these vehicles with the problem. I bought the extended warranty on the advice of the sales rep. That should have been a red flag but without knowing that they were still having issues, I never questioned it! However, I should have been covered thru the extended warranty. But Macmulkin Chevrolet’s incompetent Repair center didn’t even put the claim in correctly. They have given 3 different stories to the warranty company. They even told the Warranty Company that the PCV malfunctioned due to lack of service which is totally untrue! You wouldn't take apart the engine to check an internal component during an oil change or tune up. This caused the Warranty company not to cover the PCV. They are only covering the rear main valve parts because that is the last submission to them from Macmulkin's repair department. I know this because I called the warranty company myself. At this point, GM or Macmulkin should be covering the repair totally for this issue. They knew the issue didn't fix it and sold cars suggesting you get the extended warranty to cover themselves. That didn't work for me. This dealership is the worst, and they need to pay for it since they didn't submit the claim properly. I did my research and knew what this issue was before I sent it to be repaired! Also, I couldn't bring it to another dealer to be fixed since it had to go back to the dealer that I bought it from due to a stipulation in the Warranty. If had my choice, it wouldn't have gone to them. They have the worst rated repair center on the area. More
