Where did i begin? 1st you locked out the tow man from picking up the truck so I had to wait another day. Not thoughtful. The truck arrived with power steering fluid full and steering operable but came back with no fluid and inoperable. Now I have to get that fixed to even drive the truck. It would be nice if you offered to take care of that. More
I bought my explorer from here June of last year and since I bought it I’ve had to replace the battery that came with it and installed new in February last year before you sold me the car, and then 2 ot since I bought it I’ve had to replace the battery that came with it and installed new in February last year before you sold me the car, and then 2 other batteries after that. They did help me out with my trade and they have an ongoing deal with all your customers for similar situations i’m gathering to sell cars in this climate we are having at the moment. So this appointment I was supposed to get a free inspection due to the issue that noone has record of after talking to a women over the phone about it and also i had a leak in the tpms stem which was repaired for free or under the warranty i paid extra for at the time of purchase. I’m a little frustrated about my experience as im disabled with medical issues and i did bring my car in with some trash that could have been addressed before my appointment, and all in the passenger seat not the drivers seat, but i was pushed away and quoted a $280 cleaning bill to address loose trash for a car inspection. In any case cleaned up the trash myself and will be bringing my car for service someplace else. Oh! also immediately after buying the car i got email reminders for service but when i tried to book any service appointments in the portal provided it lead to an error page. I appreciate help getting into this car i worked my xxx off to do it. and i got into this car i needed to address my disability with similar features the other car had because mechanics didn’t want to fix a sensor or change a $10 negative battery cable i bought . instead was trying to have me overhaul or buy a new transmission i did not need. thanks you have a great day! i have a walking disability More
We were very pleased with Macdonald motors,as bessey motors just closed a couple months ago and we needed service. It was our first time dealing with Macdonald motors.. we believe we will do other servi motors just closed a couple months ago and we needed service.
