Duy was very kind but we would have liked more regular updates on when our vehicle might be available. The rest of the sales staff were less than friendly, the finance guy went through the motions of his updates on when our vehicle might be available. The rest of the sales staff were less than friendly, the finance guy went through the motions of his job and as mentioned was less than friendly. When we came down to agreeing to our price I did not feel that I got a very good deal, the dealership came out far better than we did. Waiting more than three months for the vehicle and then knowing our vehicle was beyond end of model year, we saw little break. The Sales Manager's act was not very professional and seamed childish. For spending more than $65,000 I didn't get a valued customer feeling. More

I have always gone to Auto Nation Toyota, however I was in an accident last month and there is an issue that the Collision Center has not been able to resolve with my fuel tank, and the Mac Haik dealership in an accident last month and there is an issue that the Collision Center has not been able to resolve with my fuel tank, and the Mac Haik dealership is the one the Collision Center works with for Toyota. The Collision Center called this dealership and between her and the service department, they decided it be best that I schedule the appointment at a time of convenience. It took me two days of calling for someone in service to answer, I finally got a service rep on the phone and explained what was happening- that my fuel gauge is not syncing- that it always shows full, my miles to empty reset almost everyday to 300 miles, that the Collision center had replaced the reader and coordinating parts, that the diagnostic is not showing any issues, that my tank may need to be looked at or wire issue, or a reset that Toyota may need to do. The service person I am speaking with makes me an Appointment for Wednesday at 8:45am with Robert. I did tell her that Caliber Collision would be paying for the visit and anything needed to be done. I told her that I would be fine waiting for them to look at my car to see next steps. I get to my appointment with Robert at 8:45 am today and I have never been treated like such an unwelcomed guest. I am at his desk and he walks right past me without saying anything. I tell him I am there for my 8:45 appointment, I tell him my name and he still looks at me as if he did not know what I was doing there, so I start to explain the fuel gauge issue- he starts barking at me who made this appointment, no one called him about this, what kind of car do I have, just shaking his head the entire time. Then he says well I will need several days to look at this, as if I did not have an appointment made on Monday in time for him to know I was coming in and have a plan in mind. I feel an appointment gives time for preparation, so I feel he should have seen he had an 8:45 appointment with me, Auto Nation always greets me with at least my first name and has basic knowledge of the car I was bringing in and why. He went very defensive over the issue and did not even try to be polite or professional in what next steps could be for me. I could have arranged for a ride to work if he needed the car for longer, he just did not communicate with me any plan. Then he just started shoving papers onto a clipboard. I told him I would not be leaving my car there with him, he said that's fine, and starts tossing those papers around, I let him know I felt he was being very rude to me and he said sarcastically MY Apologies.. I do not work for Toyota to know what would need to be done to look at my car, the scheduler nor Robert followed up if there was going to need more time with my car for this issue, which I would have fine with if I was told that. I did not just show up without an appointment trying to be fit in, but that is how I was treated. After I left your dealership, I called Autonation Toyota, went through my same story- the scheduler transferred me to a service rep, she confirmed with her tech, that there were a couple possibilities of the issue. One could be fixed same day within a few hours, the other would need a day. I was very excited that the Mac Haik dealership was only 15 minutes away from my house, I was hoping this was going to be the best experience so I could transition from Auto nation, which is nearly an hour drive for me. But Just calling Auto nation showed me why I go there, even just the care over the phone to make sure I was taken care of was more than what the Mac Haik dealership tried to do for me with me standing there. I will never go back there. More
