Took vehicle in for oil change. Son was told 20.00 for tire rotation. He called and told me. I told him to tell them no because I just bought 4 new tires for the car. He said he told them no, but when he went to pick up his car, he was charged the 20.00 fee anyway. We've never had any issues bringing our two 2023 Corrollas in, so this visit was a bit of a shock.
