Ralph Accardo provided excellent service as usual! My 2013 Camry XLE Hybrid needed 150,000 mile servicing. I brought it in and also asked for a state safety inspection to be done as well. Ralph calle My 2013 Camry XLE Hybrid needed 150,000 mile servicing. I brought it in and also asked for a state safety inspection to be done as well. Ralph called me to update on extra work needed in addition to the major service. I was able to pick up the car the next day as I was unable to come and pick it up that day. When I picked up the car, Ralph reviewed with me the multipoint inspection noting that I would need new tires soon as the tires had 4/32 tread depth. After I saw Ralph, I went to see Dawn Riddle who sold me the Camry. I had her show my wife the 2019 Highlander as we're thinking of getting one for her. Because of our time schedule, we weren't able to test drive it. But we plan to give Dawn a call when we can. More
