Wiper hitting window post on driver side Bob was ready for my arrival. Reviewed the problem including activating wiper to observe the problem. Took the car to maintenance right away. Awesome Mybdrive shaft broke going down the road. I am from out of town and managed to get it to the dealership. It was 130 in the afternoon and I was informe Mybdrive shaft broke going down the road. I am from out of town and managed to get it to the dealership. It was 130 in the afternoon and I was informed that they might not be able to look at it that day. My service rep Taylor not only got it in but was able to have a new drive shaft installed. All within two hours. Great job. More

The service Excellent. EVAP canister $$$$$. Very friendly reception from Taylor Peterson. I told him my problem and he told me what how long the diagnosis would take and when he would call me - Very friendly reception from Taylor Peterson. The cost to replace the EVAP canister struck me as high at almost $1,600. In hindsight I probably should have shopped this around. Taylor let me know the car was ready but it took me a few hours to come in. When I did he wasn’t there but I popped over to the cashiers they were very friendly and ready to finish my transaction - which again was excellent! Several times at Autonation if the service advisor or the cashier wasn’t available the entire process stopped. I don’t go there anymore. More

Mario was very efficient in finalizing the final contract. Only complaint is there was a new financing package being offered by Toyota that was not completely understood by the sales team. Initial sales financing offer was 0% down and 0% for 60 months. However a few days later when we finalized the purchase the finance offer from Toyota for the Highlander Hybrid was in fact 1.9 % for 60 months. More

The oil change and tire rotation were done in less than 30 m I did not find any dirty finger prints on both inside and outside of my car. The overall experience is very satisfactory.
