Lack of Communication There was no communication regarding my repairs. I dropped my car off and had to constantly call for updates on when my car would be ready. I called on a Wednesday to check if the car was ready, I was told yes I could pick it up the next day. I then called around noon the next day to confirm a time to pick up so I could arrange the rental drop off only to learn they scratched the paint on the new bumper and now I had to wait another day. Nobody called to tell me of the newest scratch or The delay again. It was just frustrating that I didn’t receive communication from the dealership about my car. My contact was too busy when I came to pick up the car to talk to me about the repairs so I had to just leave without talking. More

solved my concern and completed it on time. my tires were rotated at 15000 and then at 16000 miles I took it in for my 2 yr warranty oil change and they were rotated again but when I noticed I my tires were rotated at 15000 and then at 16000 miles I took it in for my 2 yr warranty oil change and they were rotated again but when I noticed I asked they be rotated back as I would then be running my tires for 10k miles in same rotation sequence which I preferred not to have. with out arguments they rotated the tires and solved my concern and completed it on time. staff not aware of coupons I brought my car in for the 20000 mile check. I needed windshield wipers. There was an online coupon for 20% off. However, I pointed out to him that it specifically said it was in the fast track service department. I chose to go to O'Reilly's and purchase the wipers. They were cheaper and they put them on free. I was waiting quite a while for the service at MacHeik when I noticed my car sitting a few rows out. I asked if it was ready. They apologized for not getting it to me when it was ready. I think I spent several extra minutes waiting for my car. It took well over an hour for the routine service. More
