Ralph was very kind and very good at communicating with me on what the service guys found, costs or repair, etc. The wait wasn’t too long compared to other Toyota dealerships I’ve been to, which was nice. When I left the dealership I noticed something odd with the brakes and steering wheel so I turned around and talked to Ralph. He was very quick to help me and took it back to the service dept. so they could test drive and inspect what I noticed. They found the issue and were once again very good at communicating what was found and a solution. They were kind enough to shuttle me home, and I would like mention that Walter was such a sweet, kind, wise person to ride home with! my overall experience was very pleasant and I would recommend Ralph and the rest of the service dept to others.
