The salesman I worked with was also very knowledgeable, and he cut right to what I was looking for and helped me find it at a good price. The finance department hard pushed a GPS data tracker on me though, and after looking it up (as its true purpose wasn't adequately explained), it turns out that it tracks EVERYTHING and sells it all for "consumer research". Where you're going, how long you're there, where you shop, your driving habits, etc. Honestly its a pretty disgusting invasion of privacy, and I feel really bad for anyone who was tricked into getting ELO GPS put in. To be fair the dealership is not the one selling your data, but there is no doubt the dealership gets heavy kick-backs for pushing it. More

Small Issue was taken care of quickly I Heard a small noise as the back hatch on my 2018 Highlander would raise and lower I took it in for service.
