Ralph, who helps me has always been very helpful to me in solving my car problem with no expenditures that were not needed. He has always called me when he said he would, and called me when my car was repaired. I didn't have to wait any longer then he said, and it was actually ready earlier then he said. Pleased and very good First time ever been to a dealership for repairs, always fix myself, they fixed the recalls and even told me of other things that I fixed. Put off the recalls for a while because I figured find other issues and hard sell to fix. I was pleasantly surprised when Taylor called and informed me, l had told him I usually do my own work. Manny was great but finance was awful Manny made sure the process was easy and that the car was ready and what we wanted! He is great and I would recommend working with him; however, when Manny made sure the process was easy and that the car was ready and what we wanted! He is great and I would recommend working with him; however, when we got to finance not only did John Hewett attempt to up the price of the car in the contract he attempted to bury equity of the car we decided to trade in within his numbers. Nowhere on his paperwork did he show the equity being refunded completely to me... the consumer. His paperwork was blank in many areas and fortunately my husband— who Hewett knew was familiar with finance— was with me and recognized the attempts to hide/bury those numbers. This practice is grotesque and violates a consumer’s trust in this dealership. Sales with Manny and the ease in working with him should follow over into all areas. If your finance people are all like John Hewett then I would not recommend anyone to this dealership. More
