My experience was horrendous. My first experience at Mac Haik Toyota Center was absolutely horrific. I usually go to Sterling Mccall Lexus because they always have the best service My first experience at Mac Haik Toyota Center was absolutely horrific. I usually go to Sterling Mccall Lexus because they always have the best service, but it is farther away from my home. I decided to try Mac Haik Toyota Center (Body Shop) and ended up with a unfixed vehicle. On top of receiving a unfixed vehicle the worst part was the staff. An African American lady was laughing at the way I talked and looked. So, I repeatedly ask her and other employees for her name, and they refused to to inform me. After asking many people for her name I ended up receiving her name, Arielle, but since it took me so long to receive her name I do not believe Arielle is her real name. Making fun of another person for any reason is unacceptable for work. They thought just because I did not speak english well, I was clueless about what was going on. I did not appreciate the terrible service on my car or the way I was treated for the load of money I spent. More
