Express - Excellent Other maintenance - Not so much. My 2017 Tundra (bought from you) came in for 2 catalytic converters (stolen in a car park) a few years ago. Sat in the lot for 3+ months. Bought the cover to protect converters from theft. 24 months later the cover partially comes off while I am on the freeway. Take it back to dealership and used car manager told us it wasn't warrantied. Implied several times that because it had been up on the rack at a dealership in Dallas (where i lived for 12 months) for an oil change stating "we don't know if it was tampered with." Argument took place, maintenance manager walked away and shut his office door. I am out $500 for a cover that is now bent from coming undone on the freeway, not to speak to me being under the car trying to loosen the other bolts to remove the other side as it was dragging against the road and making all sorts of noises. I won't every buy another truck/car from your dealership. I have reported this before but got no call back. More

I've usually had great experiences with them in the past, but yesterday I found myself completely disappointed. I purchased tires from the service department and got only 25k miles on them. When i purchased the tires I was told that I had a lifetime warranty on the tires not just for roadside service. I found this strange, but made the purchase. When I went to the service department yesterday and was told that I needed 4 new tires, I told them that I had a warranty on them. OF course, no warranty. Just a service guy that had to make a sale for whatever incentive you were running at the time on getting customers to get new tires. I felt completely deceived and will be hesitant to bring my vehicle back in for any type of work. You can look into your system and see who sold me the tires. I was so angry yesterday that I took my truck to discount tire and gave them my business. More
