* I was disappointed, I didn't expect the brake replacement repair to take over 4 hours. Had an 8:30am arrived at 8:20am, told the Service Rep that I didn't have my cell phone so to come ta replacement repair to take over 4 hours. Had an 8:30am arrived at 8:20am, told the Service Rep that I didn't have my cell phone so to come talked to me when he found out to what extent brake job involved and the cost. I should have driven back home to get my cell phone because I would have saved time at least an hour off the repair time. At 10:15 I went and asked for the Service Rep and he came in 2 minutes later and told me he had texted me. I reminded him that I didn't have my phone with me. He then gave me a list of half a dozen things they suggested I have done in addition to all 4 brakes replaced and rotors turned. I instructed your Rep to only do the brakes because that is what I was there for. So here is the bottom line and my thoughts after driving out of Mac Haik Toyota after 1:00pm after arriving at 8:30am. The most important thing is that your company appears to have done a good brake repair for a reasonable price. What I have to question is, do I want to take my vehicle in for a repair and spend possibly hours longer then if I take it somewhere else because I can expect that the dealership is going to spend time looking and checking on additional things to replace or repair? Time will tell. More

Purchased a new vehicle end of December 2024. Kurt Sheets was incredible from start to finish. When the vehicle was ready, took at least 30 to 45 mins after we picked it up to explain all the features, settings, programming, etc. He is very customer service oriented. Financing department was ok. I cannot remember the gentleman's name nor able to decipher his signature on our paperwork for financing. They "mistakenly" used Toyota financing instead of the one I had with me and I should have spoken up. Would have saved money in the long run but since I know I will be paying it off early there was little benefit to argue and start the paperwork over. He was all about rushing me out. Other than him, everything else went great. If I had to go back, I would only use and ask for Kurt!! More
