Service was average, nothing better or worse than I expected I purchased my RAV4 there back in October of 2018. Since day 1 I'd had a problem with the tire leaking air. I realize I should have come in right aw I purchased my RAV4 there back in October of 2018. Since day 1 I'd had a problem with the tire leaking air. I realize I should have come in right away and had someone look at it, but it was a slow leak and I didn't really think it was urgent. Anyway, I come in for my 5k checkup and ask for the guys to look at the tire, turns out there was a nail in the sidewall which made the tire unfixable. They said I could purchase the tire there and gave the me total. I called discount tire and they were able to get me the same tire for about $40 less. Look, I take responsibility for my part, but to me, good service would have been for Toyota to offer me the same price for the tire that discount tire was offering me, or to at least remove the service hours associated to the mounting and balancing etc...of the tire. That to me seems like it would be good business and no great expense for Toyota. More

New Tires Customer Service was awesome. I called in and they were very helpful. I called back a few times and they were very patient with me and answered all Customer Service was awesome. I finally called in and ordered the tires that I needed to purchase. I went in and left the car with them and they had someone drive me home and drop me off at my house. The only issue I had was they told me that it would take 2 days for the tires to come in and I didn't get a call from them and I finally called them on the 4th day and they took care of me right away.
