Very frustrating experience. I took my Ford F150 in due to a safety recall and it ended up costing me $2000 in repair bills the next day. Very untrustworthy and disappointing. I called the general manager to have a discussion and he couldn't be bothered to call me back. Do not go to Mac Haik Ford in Houston for service, you will be sorry! More

Not happy at all. Basically got forced to purchase, 9/30/22 a way overpriced, overrated Escape that drives and feels like I am driving a go-cart. which I hate all due Basically got forced to purchase, 9/30/22 a way overpriced, overrated Escape that drives and feels like I am driving a go-cart. which I hate all due to my fusion being in the service department since August 2022 waiting on the engine department to look it over to even determine what the issue is. Was told will take over 2 months to even look at and then was told not sure when it would be looked at. Now stuck in this thing. Very upset about the whole situation. 10/18/22, looked on Mac Haik Ford Katy site and they have my Fusion up for sale. I was forced into a new overpriced vehicle. They knew I needed my vehicle. More
