Excellent Experience ! Meet with Ellis that we were in the market for F250. I had a recall for my Ford Edge to fix the adaptive steering , and I also needed an oil change, and battery replacement, called Mac and made an appointment, took two weeks to get in. Had my car in the service s , and I also needed an oil change, and battery replacement, called Mac and made an appointment, took two weeks to get in. Had my car in the service stall at 7:30am as scheduled. I told ROBERT GONZALEZ, my service rep, make this recall fix a priority over getting the oil changed and replacing the battery. ROBERT GONZALEZ did exactly the opposite. He changed the oil, replaced the battery, and told he just could not get to the recall. ROBERT GONZALEZ is not a man of his word and this was the last time I will have service or purchase another FORD from MAC HAIK. The service is poor, the employees are poor, and it was a total waste of my time. I have since gone to Covert Ford in Hutto and it took 60 minutes to fix the recall. More
