This service center is great. I needed to bring in my car for some recall work by the manufacturer. I called and spoke with Cyrus. He knew exactly which recall I was talking about without having to exp car for some recall work by the manufacturer. I called and spoke with Cyrus. He knew exactly which recall I was talking about without having to explain it and told me about how long it would take. He said I could bring my car in whenever, which was convenient because I wasn't sure when I'd be able to secure I ride there. Dropping of my car was a quick and easy process. Cyrus kept me in the loop with text messages throughout the process and even got the job finished in the time he estimated. When I came and picked back up my car, again, quick and easy, and Cyrus even escorted me towards the door near where my car was parked. Easy and hassle-free through out the entire process. Highly recommend. More
BEWARE of SERVICE DEPARTMENT !!! I would give this place zero stars! Service Center is horrible!! Took my truck in February and it came our in March with a new problem. Returned it in April and it is still zero stars! Service Center is horrible!! Took my truck in February and it came our in March with a new problem. Returned it in April and it is still in the shop as of June. Paul Scanlin the service manager will not return calls and the General Manager Tony Cirotto will not return emails. This is the worst service experience I have ever had!! Do not take your car here you will regret it!! More
I took my 2018 F150 in due to noise associated with a wheel bearing. The tech said he could not hear the noise. At my request they did consult the shop that heard the noise and replaced the wheel bearin wheel bearing. The tech said he could not hear the noise. At my request they did consult the shop that heard the noise and replaced the wheel bearing on one side. As of now the noise is more pronounced than before. I will rerun it to the service department for another try. The service adviser has been helpful. Can’t rate the technician yet but it is not looking promising. More
