They didn't have a rental car, took 3 wks to "repair", didn't authorize repair with my extended warranty, charged my $340 over what warranty covered and truck wasn't repaired. When I refused to leave until low oil pressure light turned off and truck's turbo was working properly they refused, I left and they are telling me to pick it up and have it repaired elsewhere. I can't drive it so my truck will have to be towed to a competent dealership! NEVER GO TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! More
It was kind of bad today. I had received an email in July saying that my appointment was 8/3 At 10:00 am. Due to at least two warranty items I was getting a loaner car. Anyway after I checked in with the service advisor and went to the rental counter, the lady that knows me well said I saw your name but it was in July, I have no cars today. I told her, how many times have I been here and this has never happened, let me show you the email so that you see I’m not lying. Anyway, the issues with my truck are minor and do not prevent me from driving it, so we reschedule for next week. One of them two, service advisor, rental service dropped the ball in this one. We are all human and we all make mistakes. More
