I have given positive reviews to Mac Haik Ford numerous times in the past, unfortunately I am forced to change my position. I had my truck serviced in the quick lane with "the works" on December 22, I imme times in the past, unfortunately I am forced to change my position. Because of the holidays and travel it took a few weeks to take it back to Mac Haik. They brought me to look, saying it was leaking up higher and I would have to schedule & pay to have the service department to diagnose and quote repair. I told them I did not see a leak up high, it was wet around the drain plug. They said it was from another place on the engine. In my garage, I evaluated and videoed my findings of the leak, bought a new drain plug & oil and videoed it not leaking and watched it for a few days, NO LEAK. Calling Ray Hernandez - manager- he said he would give a free oil change, I told him I did not think this was fair, I requested to be reimbursed for the materials & time I spent to find the issue. Took a week to assess repair minor oil leak issue. Truck ran perfectly fine otherwise; but in addition to oil leak repair, they recommended a additional $4,000 repair job. Declined to have it done.
