My leased Ford Explorer under warrantee received two safety recalls and told it would take 2 weeks+/- to make corrective actions. My warrantee provided Ford to provide a rental car however, Maik Haik di safety recalls and told it would take 2 weeks+/- to make corrective actions. My warrantee provided Ford to provide a rental car however, Maik Haik did not have any cars when they took in the Explorer and still don’t have any cars a week later. They were supposed to call me to provide update on a rental and never did. The service department has some serious issues with customer service. I’ve been a long time leasee over several decades and show no support. tThis is reason enough to avoid MAIK HAIK and I’ll seriously consider avoiding this dealership or perhaps Ford altogether for NOT DOING THE RIGHT THING.
