Took my 2018 Ford Escape in for a Works Package. I've always had a great experience with the Quick Lane folks. However, this time, the technician failed to secure the insulated skid tray underneath I've always had a great experience with the Quick Lane folks. However, this time, the technician failed to secure the insulated skid tray underneath the engine after the oil change. I discovered it several days afterwards due to hearing some "scraping" sounds. Upon notifying my service writer (Ryan Burgener, who BTW is great), I brough my car back and it was promptly fixed. They never laid blame but took responsibility for the oversight and fixed it immediately. To err is human. I recommend Mac Haik for sure. More

This is a VERY BUSY service center. The wait to have service performed was over a week. Everyone was so helpful in getting my transmission fixed, especially Nick Gamez. Nick kept me informed on the progress being made as time progressed and the work was performed in a timely manner. Took multiple attempts at calls, kept getting disconnected, then once I got some one they would transfer me from service to Quick lane then back and forth. Leadership should check their phone nu disconnected, then once I got some one they would transfer me from service to Quick lane then back and forth. Thus after 18 months, I traded for Mercedes More
