Had an appointment and then he changed it after I got there to the next morning so they could check out the Engine noise that the truck is doing. The service advisor that picked up the phone said your truck is here and it has never been looked at or the oil had been changed. I wasted about eight hours of my time doing this and I still do not have my oil change done. I called back Monday to talk to the service manager and Mark seemed less and concerned about what happened. He asked what do you want me to do. I want my oil changed in. My truck looked at, but evidently that can’t be done correctly. More
