Charles at Quick Lane was friendly, helpful and professional. My Navigator was unsafe to drive with a full instrument panel display and media blackout (including navigation and radio) due to a smal professional. My Navigator was unsafe to drive with a full instrument panel display and media blackout (including navigation and radio) due to a small water spill in the cupholder area that reached poorly designed and protected electronic components beneath the center console area. (Is it unlikely an owner will never experience a spill in the cupholder area!) This took place the end of June. The regular Lincoln service department said they could not schedule repair until the end of October. This meant I would have to drive with no speedometer, no fuel indicator, no turn indicators, and no panel safety of operation features for more than 90 days. While getting an oil change service at Quick Lane the following week, I explained to Charles what had happened and why we couldn't use my Lincoln App to obtain the mileage for the vehicle from my panel for the oil change. After a brief discussion and then a review of his maintenance technician's work schedules, he was able to schedule me for this electronics repair service for the first week of August--more than 2 months earlier than the regular service department! He was my hero, and obviously more concerned about taking care of a valued customer than his counterparts in the Service Department. I had been on the verge of abandoning Lincoln and going to BMW for my next vehicle. His efforts on my behalf have caused me to reconsider. More

With appointment wait was 2 1/2 hours, way to long. I think you do not honor the appointments , you just put them in line with everyone else. Will be shopping around for another dealer.
