Mac Haik Ford Lincoln - Service Center

I can’t really give a rating on this service center. I scheduled an appointment to get my car service from a recall, Ford’s having. They said drop it off Friday morning, and they would have it ready by Monday at the latest. I texted them Monday morning, letting them know I had to work in San Antonio the next day. They told me my car hadn’t been looked at yet. They could give me my car that day no problem, but no service occurred. They also told me over the phone that they would pay for an Uber, to get me back to my house once I dropped the vehicle off, but then I got there and their vehicle service was down so I had to pay $35. They said they would take it off of my bill, but I don’t have a bill because they didn’t do any work. Even if they had done the work, and it was only recall repair, wouldn’t the bill be free ? Unsure. More
