Thank you for taking time to leave this review. Our oil changes are a lot more detailed than you would find at small shop that focuses on quick turnaround times during their oil changes. Our guidelines require the vehicle be lifted and inspected by our trained technicians to make sure the job is done right and there are no other identifiable issues. Most other quick change shops have an opening in the floor where their employees quickly run down, and drain the oil. But those make it difficult to identify certain issues. Nonetheless, It should not take 2 hours and we missed the mark on this visit. Our apologies for the delay. I am glad you were given a complimentary oil change so we can show you a better experience next time.
