I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Shay and his customer service. Cowboy is also pretty awesome. Cowboy was able to get my vehicle fit in (within a week instead of having to wait until January 2025) to fix a seatbelt fault so that I didn't have to continue to drive around in an unsafe situation. He called a few days after I picked my vehicle up from the shop to check and make sure my vehicle was fixed and running as expected. Great customer service as well. More

It was a follow up call for Charles to get the Escape in to the body shop for a recall and he handled everything great, just as he handled the service the week before. Tim in the regular Service Lane was also extremely helpful in sorting through the dealer madness. The worst of the group is Elijah (F) who is supposed to be the accessories manager. He never seems to be in the office and was unable after having my truck for 5 days to get warranty authorization from Ford for a $20 5th wheel ring that broke off. 2 weeks later and he has still not provided an update. James Main (F) is supposedly the Service Director who I was told to speak with on day 1, but I saw him and he said he was going to lunch and could not talk to me. I left him a voicemail when I got home and no return calls to date. Don’t use this dealer! More
