Mac Haik Lincoln was a pleasure to work with. Justin and Doc were patient and informative and didn’t do any hard selling - they let me make up my own mind about my purchase. Tim in service was friendly and professional and Noga got me the same vehicle as a loaner and was friendly and cheerful. My car was freshly washed after the repair and so far it’s running great. Our whole experience was as good as a car buying ordeal can be and I would definitely recommend Mac Haik to anybody looking for a Ford or Lincoln. More

My daughter-in-law, Courtney, took her car in for a low oil pressure recall before Thanksgiving. We were told that due to the recall, she would need a new motor.Mind you, when we dropped it off, NOTHING wa oil pressure recall before Thanksgiving. We were told that due to the recall, she would need a new motor.Mind you, when we dropped it off, NOTHING was wrong with her car except the oil pressure light was on due to the recall. Two two weeks later we pick up her car thinking all was good to go. After driving it about a week, the check engine light comes on. Back to the shop it goes. They "supposedly" fixed it. Fast forward another week, and this time it is shifting so hard and obviously something is not right. We take it back in and now they try to tell us it is the torque converter and it is not covered. They REPLACED the engine and "did not touch the transmission". You have to remove the transmission in order to drop the engine. They are trying to charge us for a diag fee and then to fix it, but they will take it to a transmission shop...WTH.... and not to mention the first available is in April. Never have we had a car worked on and it came back screwed up worse than when we dropped it off. Shame on you Maik Haik.. You do not meet the standards of Ford and customer service satisfaction. More
I called in the morning and still after an entire day, they are no closer to helping me or getting me to see a mechanic. The update that they did to our vehicle caused directly or indirectly, and now thei they are no closer to helping me or getting me to see a mechanic. I had to call up 6 times throughout the day and only after telling the service tech that I needed to escalate to the service manager did he finally give me a direct answer. And that was we will get a plan together tomorrow. Not acceptable. In addition to this there has been no follow up on our new purchase over the last year and a part we ordered in June is still on back order. Take your business somewhere else and save yourself quite a lot of hassle. More
