I purchased a Ford Escape last night at Mac Haik Ford. I elected my vehicle online and worked with Paul Roberge prior to coming into the dealership. There was some confusion during our discussions due to the window tinting- and the confusion was easily settled as my salesman offered to include it with the car for free. 15 minutes after arriving at the store, I was back in financing. The Finance Manager, I think his name was Sonny- was very polite and very efficient at his job. Within 10 minutes I was financed and a new owner of my vehicle. This was one of the best purchasing experiences that I have ever had. More

Right after requesting more info on the truck online, I was called by Paul R to confirm that he still had the truck. I went in to the dealership the next day and test drove the truck and purchased the vehicle at the exact same price that was listed on the internet. Paul was great and did not try to switch vehicles on my (trying to make be purchase a more expensive vehicle), and also did an outstanding job explaining the features that this F-150 had to offer. I was driving out of the dealership in my new truck about 80 minutes after I walked in. This was both the quickest and most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle before. The finance team, especially Michael, were also excellent. The process was fast, painless, and honest. A lot of dealers put you through the sales ringer to wear you out and get you to buy more, but these guys laid out all the facts (quickly) and left the decision up to me without any pressure. I even got to work with the aftermarket group as I had a remote start installed on the day I purchased. They got it done quickly and it is a feature that my wife and I find indispensable. I really do feel like I got a great deal and I'm loving my new F150! More

Paul was very patient and not your typical pushy sales person. I was looking for an economical daily driver and Paul did not try to make me buy something more. I am sure that there wasn't a lot of commission in the deal for Paul with the vehicle being a base Focus and furthermore I qualify for discount as my employer buy lots of Fords, but that never seemed to bother him. The only upsale that was made was for tint. The financing department was also a pleasure to work with. More
