It was what i had been looking for and although I live 800 miles from Austin, Tx, I made a deal through Kelly which was too good to pass up. I flew down to Austin and Kelly me me at the airport. After arriving at the dealershop, I met with the gentleman (I'd say a Texas gentleman, and that is a compliment) who handled the paperwork and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. The car was serviced, clean and had gas when I drove off for home. I am a long time Ford truck owner and when it comes time for a new truck, I'll contact Kelly first as she was a pleasure to deal with, as was the other employees I encountered, even though Mac Haik is some distance away! More
Kelly McWain was an excellent sales person. My car buying experience has never been that smooth or painless. I told her what I was looking for, and she began the search. She found a car that we thought would be good, missing one key feature that I was looking for, and she went through pricing getting it put on after market. When I decided that I just wasn't comfortable with that deal, she said "OK, let's keep looking". I got a call 2 days later saying she had found the perfect car, and I was driving away in said car a day or so later. Not only had she found me the car I was looking for, she found me a car 3 steps above and beyond what I was looking for, for the exact perfect price that I was looking to buy at. I would recommend Mac Haik to anyone for buying a car, and your only choice of sales person is Kelly McWain. More

Customer Service pertains to the need for replacing the front passenger leather seat after 3 weeks of owning the Ford Edge. After waiting about a month for the leather to come into the dealership I called front passenger leather seat after 3 weeks of owning the Ford Edge. After waiting about a month for the leather to come into the dealership I called Brett and he said that the leather had been in the shop for a week or longer and that he had left me a voice message on my cell phone. Upon Brett's suggestion I brought in the car first thing in the morning and after not hearing about the progress all day I called Brett and he told me that the leather was the wrong color so I would have to bring the car back again. Again he said that he had left me a voice message on my cell phone earlier in the day about the mix up. I was told that the new leather would take 3 to 5 days to get to the dealership so then I would be called to bring the car in. About 3 weeks passed so I called Michael Blackburn about the status of the leather and left him a voice message. Later that same day Brett called and said that the leather had just come in so I could bring in the car for replacement. My main concern is that none of the times that Brett said he left me voice messages on my cell phone was there a message on my cell phone or our home phone plus no calls from the dealership were even listed as being missed. I hope my future experiences will be better. My buying experience with Paul Roberge was excellent. Dave Stockwell More
I talked my niece and her husband to take to Georgetown because I was going to purchase a car. I kept in contact with Mr. Roberge on-line about the auto I was interested in. There were other BMWs but mine wasn't there to be seen. I went inside to asked for Paul and inquired about my car. I told he was off and the car was sold later on the previous evening. I was heartbroken but the nice sales lady who waited on me did a good job in putting me into another auto. But I decided not to purchase anything at the time and would come back in pick out something nice later. More

I am a customer who has had many bad experiences with dealerships dating back many years starting with days when I was a young military man. Because of this, I try to prepare myself about the product I am about to buy and I have a habit of being very combative when I first arrive at any dealership. Mr. Li from the start was very friendly, he listened, he was knowledgeable of the product and if he did not know something he went and found the answer and just didn’t wing it. Most of all he did not play any of the games and because of that, he took a possible sale and turned it into a sale. I am very satisfied so far with the product and the service I have received from Mac Haik Ford and Mr. Ted Li. I recommend that if you’re going to purchase a Ford product and use Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown TX, then walk in and ask for Mr. Ted Li. More

Only one other dealership was even close to the price I got, but in the end, they could not give me a better price than I got from Paul at Mac Haik. I was greeted warmly by Paul and shown cars that I asked to see. I asked to drive the Lincoln MKX, and drove the limited addition. THIS was MY car!!! I love wood, and the beautiful wood choices had my head swimming. I was unhappy that it only came in black. How dull and boring! I found out that the model just under the limited had all the bells and whistles I wanted, and I could get it in most any color offered by Lincoln. Now we're cooking! I brought my family up to get their opinion on my choice of cars and to help me pick a color. My Son -in-law found my car color, which we dubbed "chocolate with sprinkles". Being a chocolate addict, that's the one I chose. I think it's formal name is "earth", or something grungy like that. I like our name better! I must admit, I didn't do any of the price negociating. My son-in-law did it for me. I just agreed and signed papers! Poor Paul, I think we may have overwhelmed him a bit, but he was great to work with! I am a "soon to be 66" year old young lady, and I want you to know that I have enjoyed my car, the dealership, and mostly working with such a terrific young man like Paul. My car was the third one he sold the day I bought mine. WOW! More
