BAD IDEA! DON"T BUY A CAR HERE Wow. I wish I could give you zero stars! I purchased a vehicle from you one month ago. We ended up being in a minor accident and took our vehicle to a Wow. We ended up being in a minor accident and took our vehicle to a body shop, once there they discovered serious problems with the vehicle that are unrelated to the accident. I am so disgusted with your company. What a disappointment. After talking to them trying to resolve this they told me it was an "as is" car, unfortunately they fixed this car wrong, this is an electrical issue that THEY DID before I left the lot because of concerns I had and it was never done correctly. I thought your salesman was honest and that you were a reputable dealership. We asked specific questions about the vehicle and we were lied to. I will make sure everyone that is seeking to purchase a vehicle stays away from YOUR dealership. You don't tell a customer that the car has had a full safety inspection and it's a great vehicle, then allow a mother to drive off with her 6 children when it was unsafe!!! Either your salesman is a fool or your mechanics are not qualified, I am thinking both may be the case. More

Who runs finance over there?? One of the most botched handlings of finance I have ever experienced. I had come in for a new Ford Escape and looking to finance the purchase. Having being with Ford Credit already (my trade-in) they should not even had to go outside of them to work with anyone else. I told them I preferred to stay with Ford Credit even. Well I get these offers back from them that were ridiculously high and I refused them all. Here I come to find out they did not even contact Ford Credit! The numbers made no sense either as it seemed like I was either being shafted or they (finance staff) had the wrong vehicle under my name that I wanted to purchase. Austin is a fine person and salesman but the finance staff behind him is a total joke. I went to Covert Ford in Hutto and had no problems getting a new Ford Escape financed through Ford Credit. Not to mention from start to finish the entire experience at Cover Ford in Hutto was quick and easy, the best car buying experience I ever had. Mak Haik do yourselves a favor and train your finance guys would you! There is no reason to go outside of Ford Credit if the customer is already with them! No reason to run their credit even (Ford Credit will do this!). More

Happy with F100 truck and dealer Been shopping for a new truck for the last two weeks. I have purchased multiple vehicles from Mac Haik in the past, so I wanted to give them the first shot of giving me a good price for my trade in and on the new F100. I was satisfied with the trade-in value for the used car (although it could have been a little better :-). The new truck that I purchased was priced to sell and there were a lot of factory and dealership incentives offered. While I have had the feeling in the past that I did not get as good of a deal as I had hoped, this purchase was pretty rewarding in that regard. Based on current and past experiences, I will give Mac Haik the first shot next time when I purchase a new vehicle. As long as they continue to provide me good service and good prices, I will continue to purchase Ford vehicles from Mac Haik. More

Had an excellent experience with Ted Li I was looking on the internet at the online specials and replied to a truck I was interested in. I received a reply from Ted Li the very next morning I was looking on the internet at the online specials and replied to a truck I was interested in. I received a reply from Ted Li the very next morning but unfortunately the one I was looking at was sold but he did say he had one just like it also on the internet for sale also. I looked at it and went in to take a better look. I loved it. Mr Li took me for a test drive and treated me very well. He kept in good contact with me before I got to the Dealership to find out what time I would be stopping by to see the truck and was very helpful. He has been helpful throughout the process and even after the truck was sold he still has helped me. This is a very hard working diligent person who is there for the customers. I would go back to him again to get a new vehicle for my wife before the year is over and recommend him to all of my friends and coworkers. More

I have visited the dealership a few times since early 2013 to check out the new Ford Focus Hatchback before I made my purchase in Georgetown, Texas. Upon my arrival each time, I was greeted by a knowledgeable salesperson who was very attentive to my questions/concerns about the buying process. The person who has worked with me most recently was TED LI. Let me just say that I think that you could not find a better sales person in Austin if you tried. Ted was amazing to me in terms of customer service, reliability, and honesty. He went above and beyond to earn my business. In the beginning of the buying process, I was very apprehensive about the whole thing. Since I had never done this completely on my own before, Ted made sure that I understood all the terms and took time to explain everything in a way that made sense. He did not continuously throw numbers in my face, nor did he pressure me into buying something that I did not want or need. On our first visit we let him know we were just starting our shopping experience for a truck for my husband. Ted took a lot of time with us and made us feel comfortable not only with the vehicle but also the dealership. When we went back to the dealership to purchase we not only purchased an F-150 for my husband but also a Lincoln MKZ for myself.
