Greg was very good at handling our purchase made it a good experience and speedy. The Mac Haik ford had great people to work with I would definitely recommend it to everybody its worth the drive. I don't often buy a new vehicle and therefore I did not know what to expect. After visiting several dealerships, and finding only one other dealership expressing enthusiasm,along with a respectable price, know what to expect. After visiting several dealerships, and finding only one other dealership expressing enthusiasm,along with a respectable price, I feel the real difference rested with the frontline troops, the salesman. In this case, a fellow by the name of Paul Roberge did an excellent job in helping me through the maze of paper and the dealing with the higher level folks in the tower over looking the showroom. For some reason, I think the running back and forth between the salesman and the tower people, leaving the customers sitting, could be improved. Maybe telling the customer where the restrooms are, drinking fountain, coffee, etc..., would give a feeling of at least streching a bit. Explain the reason for the disappearance act by the salesman to the tower people. Hey, whatever, Paul Roberge sold the truck, so all turned out well. He did good. More

They were pretty up front with pricing and discussed the cars in stock prior to coming into the dealership. Also, their online information makes it pretty easy to shop since it does include pricing.
