My new Aviator needed a Tech Service B From the time my service advisor took my call to the time i was handed the keys back, everything was perfect. My new Aviator needed a Tech Service Bulletin applied to correct some error conditions. Tim was responsive, informative, and considerate. The process took a few days, but he kept me advised all along the way. Very impressed. Much more so than any other Lincoln dealership I have used. More
