Stuck in Jackson My water pump went out in my F150 while on a trip to Jackson which is 4 hours from my home. I stopped by around 4pm and they stayed past closing to fi My water pump went out in my F150 while on a trip to Jackson which is 4 hours from my home. I stopped by around 4pm and they stayed past closing to fix my truck so I could get home. I am very appreciative to their service department for working past time to get me home. Tire Problem Solved While in for a scheduled service, I also had them check out a tire inflation problem I had been having. After exhaustive checking, the mechanic final While in for a scheduled service, I also had them check out a tire inflation problem I had been having. After exhaustive checking, the mechanic finally found the problem - a small nail down inside one of the center treads on the culprit tire. A quick patch and problem solved. Both Heath, the service rep , and the mechanic kept looking and looking and on the third examination discovered the problem. Can't ask for any better service than that! More
