Update: Avoid this dealership. Picked up vehicle on Friday, July 2nd. Barely made it back to dealership today, July 9th. Transmission out. So bad that service manager, Barry couldn't even get it out of the parking space. Asked Barry what I was supposed to drive so I can work since my company has paid over $1500 in rental car fees while the car was sitting at Mac Haik not being fixed for 6 weeks. His response "no idea, and it is going to take a lot longer than another 6 weeks to replace the transmission." The purpose of this review is not to be negative(it is all factual) but to warn other customers if you are assuming the level of service provided by Mac Haik Ford is the same as it was all of the years the dealership was Watson Quality, it is not. Dropped off my car in April with engine or transmission problem and was called 3 days later to pick it up. Problem was not fixed and vehicle immediately began doing same thing as before. Dropped it off again on May 21rst and as of today, nearly a month later, still don't have my car or even an explanation of what's going on. Called and left a voicemail for service manager, Barry, the following day. Since that time I have had one conversation of less than a minute with a technician asking me to describe what was going on with the car. I have purchased at least 6 vehicles from the dealership formerly known as Watson Quality but I can assure you it won't happen again. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to go to a dealer that provides better customer service. More
