Stay Away!!! The service department is awful! My husband recently bought a brand new F-150 from Mac Haik Ford. The next day, he noticed that a minor repair was nee The service department is awful! My husband recently bought a brand new F-150 from Mac Haik Ford. The next day, he noticed that a minor repair was needed. Mac Haik Ford told him when to come back because they had to order a part. Instead of informing him that the part hadn’t come in, they waited until he showed up for the appointment to tell him that they had to reschedule. At the rescheduled appointment, they drove his truck over 20 miles (he had a tracker in the vehicle), driving over 90mph. When my hubby questioned them, they lied and said that the truck never left their premises. After the truck was supposedly fixed, we noticed the same issue a few days later. After rescheduling yet again, when my husband showed up for his appointment he was ignored. He was not acknowledged. If I could give the Mac Haik zero stars or even a negative number, I surely would!!!! More
