Worst yet Brought my car in because it was cutting off while idling at a stand still ,99 dollar charge a day later was told they couldn’t get it to duplicate th Brought my car in because it was cutting off while idling at a stand still ,99 dollar charge a day later was told they couldn’t get it to duplicate the problem and said no codes ,a day later Same problem and check engine light comes on I take it back in I was told they found the problem !!! Almost 1,200 dollars later I take the car home park it the next day I drive car cuts off on me at the red light !!!! Now you would think that a ford dealership would know about ford cars so people don’t waste there hard earned money and leave there service department with broken cars !!! More

Recall parts They (Mac Haik service department) were very nice when I called with the issue that I was having with my car door, it was a recall it was fixed, since They (Mac Haik service department) were very nice when I called with the issue that I was having with my car door, it was a recall it was fixed, since the car was there I ask them to look at an issue that I was have with the transmission, they did and that part was under warranty. So needless to say I did not have to be burdened with any unwanted or unneeded cost. More

Excellent Service!! The service I received as awesome!! I dropped my truck off in the morning and they drove me to work.
