Great customer service This is for the QuickLane services I received. I went in to have my vehicle state inspection done on a Saturday morning and was informed that it would This is for the QuickLane services I received. I went in to have my vehicle state inspection done on a Saturday morning and was informed that it would be a 2 hour wait time. I said that is far to long for a 10 to 15 minute service. But 1 of the service guy pulled me aside and told me when I could come in with no wait time. It paid off perfectly 10 minutes tops. Thanks. But on a different note I was called about the service I received that day alswell and I ask the rep over the phone about the current recalls on my vehicle and the rep pulled up my recalls on the vehicle but told me to wait until I received a letter in the mail to schedule? The vin # already stated what the recall was. That took a star away from the other guy. FYI I still have received the letter but yall are aware of the recall. Go figure More

'Fixed' the wrong part and wouldn't fix the right one Took my truck in to get the canister purge valve that was the error. Turns out it was the canister solenoid which gives the same error but was visib Took my truck in to get the canister purge valve that was the error. Turns out it was the canister solenoid which gives the same error but was visibly damaged. I thought that was the part they fixed it was not turns out they didn't look at the damaged part charged me $600 to fix a part I doubt was even broke then wanted to charge me another $600 to fix the actual broken part. I get that they are in the business of making money but I pay a lot of money for my truck and they should work with a person when they didn't fix what I paid them to fix. I'm getting the part and doing it myself which is what I should have done. Plus the part I can get for $130 cheaper. More

Great service, friendly people Our 2002 F-150 had a couple issues. Called dealership, and was able to bring it in the next morning. Got a ride back to the house. Was called later Our 2002 F-150 had a couple issues. Called dealership, and was able to bring it in the next morning. Got a ride back to the house. Was called later in the day to discuss one of the issues. Was told that the fix may cause other, more expensive issue. Decided to leave that issue as is. When truck was fixed we swapped one of our calls which had a recall. When the recall was complete we swapped still another vehicle which had a recall. Both vehicles were fixed the same day. All vehicles had been washed, and looked great. Dealership kept me informed of what was going on along the way. Very friendly. I will go back to Mac Haik for any future issues. Really good people there. More
