Job Well Done Had brand new brakes and rotors put on my car back in April 2018. Ever since we have had problems with squeaking, and then grinding. Don’t make an appointment here!!!!! Drivers beware! I was needing my check engine light diagnosed and an oil change for my 2016 Ford Escape . I went in on a Friday to have both performed but was told th I was needing my check engine light diagnosed and an oil change for my 2016 Ford Escape . I went in on a Friday to have both performed but was told the service department had no time for the diagnosis and to make a 7:00AM appointment and the service department would be able to take my car in on Saturday to let me know why the check engine light was on. I preceded to the quick lane to have an oil change, to which was successful, with the notion of getting one item off the list. I came in on Saturday for the scheduled appointment at 6:45 am to a line of other cars waiting. I informed the technician of my appointment and was told they would MAYBE be able to take a look but will need my car a few days. Not good customer service to me. If you can chance MAYBE having your vehicle being looked at in a few days then this is the place for you. I don’t have that kind of time. Won’t be back and warning other busy folks. Don’t go here if you are expecting to make an appointment and be serviced same day from their service department, even after scheduling an appointment. More
