Easiest deal I ever made on a car. I had looked for a used car online and found several I wanted to go look at and drive. I contacted BILLY GOSS at Mac Haik to drive one in particular, I had looked for a used car online and found several I wanted to go look at and drive. He had the car waiting for me at the front door, I drove it, looked at it. There was never any pressure to buy it. My husband and I were discussing it and decided we wanted it. That is how I knew it was going to be a good dealership to look at. The gentlemen shook my hand and introduced himself and Jay. I told him what I wanted, and he knew the lot like it was the on the back of his palm (it wasn't, I checked). Unfortunately, the truck I was looking for was a little out of my price range, but that was alright, because Jay had a back up. Infact, it was more suitable for me than what I had in mind in the first place. He was a polite, friendly salesman the entire time, always trying to help me out. Not pressuring me in anyway. If I said no, he wouldn't keep pushing, he worked on the price with me more than I could have expected, gave me more for my trade in than what I expected, and while I was there, I even got some dominoes pizza! Overall, my experience there was great, everybody had a smile on there face, and was very friendly. One thing that Jay kept saying to me that I found very settling is "I don't work for the dealership, I work for my customers." By far one of the best dealerships I have been too. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for either a new or used car. More
