We were assisted by Billy Goss, who was very efficient and straightforward in completing everything needed, and showed much kindness and assistance to my sister who has difficulty walking. Even though the car was not a Ford product, Mr. Goss had obviously familiarized himself with all of the car's features ahead of our arrival and took the time to go over everything with us, including pairing a phone to the entertainment system for us.
