Excellent Service at Quick Lanes I use Quick Lanes at Courtesy Ford from where I'm from in Rome Georgia for all my vehicles. Great team there. So working in Lancaster, Tx. and far from home, my truck comes up due for a service. I looked for a Quick Lanes here in Texas, hoping for the same level of service... I found it. No appointment , Just walked in. The service team at Mac Haik Quick Lanes was great, They took good care of my truck, got me in and out fast for a Saturday afternoon, and at a very reasonable price. Made me feel welcome from the time I got there till the time I left. They even had Georgia Bull Dogs on the sports channel on TV when I got there, (timing is everything). Made me feel like home. More

C'mon Man I took my truck in for a recall and a couple of other things. The recall is a relatively short check if there is no problem and the other two things I I took my truck in for a recall and a couple of other things. The recall is a relatively short check if there is no problem and the other two things I asked them to look at is a wind noise in the drivers door...( second time I have had it in for that issue) and for the display screen for the raidio, nav ect.............The screen seems to change between night and day multiple times throughout the day and the phone has locked up 3 times. I would have to turn the truck off and back on to get it to where the call would disconnect. My service adviser was upfront and said they may not have time to look at the display because of the workload and I told him that was fine if he didn't feel like they could get it done let me know and i would reschedule that for another day. I took my truck in at 7:45 am....At 5:00 I went to the dealership to follow up on my truck because I could not get anyone to answer my calls. When I got to the dealership my truck was coming down off the rack............and the only thing that was done was the recall..........Really!!!!!! Still have wind noise and now I get a little longer to evaluate the screen problem More
