All of the staff are super friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. This being my first new vehicle, they were not pushy like 95% of the other dealers I visited. Not only were they great, but were knowledgeable on how to work with my not normal situation as far as working with my financial institution. The sales team as well as the financial team greatly exceededmy expectations. Chase, my sales associate, was great, and made the new car buying experience very smooth and an excellent process. They have a great variety of vehicles, and was the only dealer I found that had the truck I was looking for, after going to 5 other Ford dealerships in the metroplex. Definitely going to go to Mac Haik Ford for any of my future vehicle needs!! More

Worst dealership This is the worst dealer that I have ever been to. They sold me a used ford explorer without telling me it has hail damages. I found 16 dents on the r This is the worst dealer that I have ever been to. They sold me a used ford explorer without telling me it has hail damages. I found 16 dents on the roof of the car when I got home. I think they fixed the dents on the hood and body of the car and left the damages on the roof because customers cannot see it. They refused to take any action to fix this issue because of the 'as-it'. I never thought a certificated ford dealer can do this to their customers. More
