AMAZING Customer Experience!!! The Ford service center in Richardson, TX initially had my car for 2 weeks and a couple of days and still could not resolve all concerns for my 2016 F The Ford service center in Richardson, TX initially had my car for 2 weeks and a couple of days and still could not resolve all concerns for my 2016 Ford Explorer purchased brand new in 2016. I recorded the sound coming from the vehicle when it reached a high speed. I played the same recording for Mac Haik as I did for Richardson Ford. Oscar (with Mac Haik), in the service department new IMMEDIATELY what the issue was when he heard it. He even went to get the technician to listen himself before he wrote it up. Even though a part had to be ordered, the vehicle was still completely repaired the same day. I cannot say enough kinds words about Mac Haik Ford, which is also where my vehicle was purchased. This team is exceptional!!! I applaud their leadership and great customer experience I have always received when I visit Mac Haik. More

Almost 1,200 dollars later I take the car home park it the next day I drive car cuts off on me at the red light !!!! Now you would think that a ford dealership would know about ford cars so people don’t waste there hard earned money and leave there service department with broken cars !!! More
