I visited Mac Haik Ford on three occasions for service regarding my 2011 Ford Fusion. The vehicle caused a horrible accident where I lost complete control of the car and traveled across three lanes of freeway traffic. The vehicle recall was due to problems in the steering program and was supposed to have been fixed but wasn't. Myself and a passenger could have been killed or worse killed others and Ford Motor wanted to charge me for the second recall notice citing mileage and age. Ford should pay for these repairs or replace the car before a tragedy happens. More
